Junior Customer Service Specialist (f/m/x) – Polish speaking

  • Handling customer inquiries via various communication channels (e.g. telephone, e-mail, chat, post)
  • Fulfillment of clients’ dispositions
  • Building and maintaining lasting relationships with the company’s customers
  • Close cooperation with other departments of the company
  • Handling customer inquiries at an early stage of payment monitoring
  • Business fluent Polish and very good command of the English language enabling easy internal communication
  • First experience in a customer service role
  • Orientation to the client’s needs and a strong service mentality
  • A passion to communicate with different stakeholders and the ability to conduct telephone conversations and very good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think analytically
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package
  • Independence and very good self-organization
  • Considered as a plus:
    • Experience in the Debt Collection Department
    • Experience in the Corporate Customer Service Department
    • Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot)
