Business Development Specialist (f/m/d)

Full-time, B2B, Hybrid work • Warsaw

Your responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new business customers
  • Full project management of business cooperation with partners, including customer identification, needs analysis, quotation, negotiation, contract signing, implementation
  • Preparation of offers, conducting meetings and sales presentations
  • Market monitoring and identification of growth opportunities
  • Reporting of results
  • Development of relationships with existing key customers in Poland and abroad

 

Our requirements

  • You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales of IT services
  • You communicate fluently in Polish and know English at min. B2 level
  • You are able to independently acquire new customers and build long-term customer relationships
  • You are focused on understanding customer needs
  • You use a variety of sales tools and channels
  • You communicate effectively and professionally with your customers
  • You are able to work in a distributed team
  • You have a sense of responsibility
  • You are proactive and goal-oriented
  • You are characterized by curiosity, enthusiasm and creativity
