HR Specialist

  • Handle People’s administrative tasks such as payroll and employment contracts
  • Manage to recruit full recruiting process
  • Guide the entire process around the employee lifecycle, including taking care of the People-related queries from the team members
  • Be the point of contact for government offices and related admin stakeholders like an employment agency, health insurances, pension plans, payroll providers, etc.
  • Implement and manage People-focused policies and procedures that influence the company
  • Ensure On- and Offboarding of employees efficiently
  • Guide best practices in People Management and be responsible for driving organizational change by supporting various projects on company culture
  • Experience in the field of people or related and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Proven experience delivering a range of People policies & procedures within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent English and Polish language skills – both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of Polish employment law
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple projects
  • Enthusiasm and passion to work in an international team
  • Process-driven mindset, without losing the “human touch”
  • German language skills are a strong plus
