Agile Practitioner / Scrum Master (f/m/d)

Finiata’s Tech organization comprises Product, Engineering and Machine Learning Engineering. It is divided into cross-functional and service teams, which exercise Scrum, Scrumban and Kanban.


  • Drive the various product and service teams to results, both for planned work and unplanned work
  • Ensure the teams make the most out of the Agile values and principles and follow the processes and practices
  • Together with the teams, define, track and measure effectiveness and efficiency, such as cycle time and predictability
  • Capacity planning
  • Ensure all team collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Miro) are properly configured to meet the needs of the teams
  • Organize and effectively facilitate team meetings, i.e. stand ups, retrospectives, refinements, planning and other meetings as required
  • Take a proactive hands-on role in case of impediments (e.g. booking or even facilitating breakout sessions for self-organization)
  • Support Product with backlog maintenance and tickets according to definition of ready
  • Support Product with OKR tracking and facilitating quarterly plans
  • Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
  • Continuously share knowledge regarding Agile methodologies and practices


  • 2+ years of experience with demonstrated record of delivering software offerings to production using Agile and lean methods (e.g.: Scrum);
  • You have facilitated ceremonies (refinement, stand-up, retrospective) and used numerous techniques to drive improvements, learnings, delivery and productivity  
  • You are familiar with the Agile software development lifecycle – requirements, development, quality, delivery and automation
  • You have gained experience with a ticketing system (e.g. JIRA, Trello, Taiga)
  • You have Kaizen mindset – continuously improve yourself and teams in a positive, bias-to-action attitude
  • You are emotionally smart with the ability to work within collaborative environments
  • You have outstanding communication skills (verbal and especially, written) in English



  • Experience working with Machine Learning Engineering and DevOps teams
  • Experience working with teams using CI/CD;
  • Both remote and onsite working experience
  • You hold a professional certification in Kanban, Scrum or another recognised Agile approach, e.g. Scrum Master certified (CSM, PSM I)
