CRM & Email Marketing Specialist

Finiata is looking for an experienced CRM/Email Marketing Specialist to develop email marketing/onboarding activities and improve retention efforts.

Responsibilities & Missions
  • Daily hands-on email marketing activities including coding, designing and scheduling campaigns and automations, creating data filters, audience segmentation, template creation, frequent A/B testing always seeking for the best practice to implement, configuration and deployment of automation journeys
  • Strategically plan to scale up engagement for Finiata’s email retentional and transactional email campaigns/automations by developing, building, initiating and analyzing methodologies for skyrocketing emailing/CRM activities
  • Observe OKRs and provide campaign/automation performance analysis, including insights and suggestions to enhance results and be responsible for success metrics.
  • Develop and execute customer database cleaning up strategy
  • Support the sales, customer support, marketing and collection teams with new and exciting campaign/automation strategies including mobile, push notifications and SMS/text communications
  • Prepare technical specs of necessary development between product and email marketing software
  • Prepare analysis and insights to escalate deliverability, opens, clicks and visits to Finiata platforms such as main product, mobile app, blog, landing pages and other digital platforms
  • Optimise and upgrade Finiata’s CRM/email campaign/automation templates, graphics, personalization and other advanced features
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience developing email marketing automations and campaigns
  • Strong social, problem solving and self project management skills
  • A team player able to communicate well and actively listen to her/his/their colleagues and never be afraid to take responsibility
  • Solid knowledge of CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance
  • Vast knowledge and experience in HubSpot
  • Certification or experience with data analytics and 3rd party reporting software (Looker, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets)
  • Native level Polish speaker and strong English written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • HTML & and inline CSS skills for email automation creation
