Office Manager (f/m/d)

Permanent employee, Full-Time or Part-Time • Berlin

At Finiata we are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures in order to ensure organisational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. In this role you will manage the inventory, suppliers and vendors and assist the Berlin team with its day to day needs as well as manage some projects.

  • Manage our Berlin Office to make sure that everything runs smoothly 
  • Handle daily/weekly office routines (office supplies, mail, appointments etc.)
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Assist with the implementation of protocols, inventories and manuals 
  • Manage and reconcile expense reports, purchase and procurement requisitions and contracts
  • Develop and implement well-being initiatives and organise company events, parties and workshops
  • Available to work at least 25 hours per week
  • Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience (experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks)
  • Able to work independently with little or no supervision with excellent time management skills, the ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Hospitality background strongly preferred
  • Well organised, flexible, and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English is a must, Polish is a big plus
