Your responsibilities
- Acquiring and establishing contacts with customers
- Pre-sales customer care and nurturing of relationships
- Analyzing customer needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with the company’s customers
- Preparing offers, calculations and presentations
- Conducting sales negotiations and finalizing them with an offer
- Ownership over the entire sales process
- Reporting of results
- Strengthening relationships with existing key customers in the Polish and foreign markets
Our requirements
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in selling IT services
- You are able to independently acquire new customers and build relationships with B2B customers
- You conduct communication with customers in an effective and professional manner
- You have the ability to establish business relationships in the short term and nurture it in the long term
- You are willing to meet with customers offline and attend industry events
- You are enthusiastic about sales
- You are able to work in a distributed team
- You are able to manage your time effectively
- You have a sense of responsibility
- You have the courage to act unconventionally and think outside the box
- You are a proactive person who is committed to achieving established goals
- You are characterized by intrinsic motivation and commitment to action
- You communicate fluently in Polish
- You know English on a communicative level
