Head of People and Culture (f/m/d)

YOUR MISSION
  • It is your mission to further foster our people and culture first approach by leading by example and providing great employee experience for all team members
  • You will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will be part of a supportive and output-oriented executive management team
  • Take responsibility for the implementation of the company’s goals in a suitable People strategy in the areas of talent attraction & acquisition, onboarding, people operations, company culture and employee retention
  • Oversee the development of a Performance & Talent Management System to ensure user experience is optimal and enable talent metrics and analytics to drive fact-based talent decisions
  • Develop and implement change strategies related to improving/strengthening organisational culture and alignment to Finiata’s values
  • You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all labour-law-compliance topics in Germany and Poland
  • Together with your team, you develop, update and implement company-wide guidelines to ensure compliant and effective processes
  • Oversee management of external payroll provider and HRIS System with bias for automation
  • By working closely with the managers of the various divisions, you act as a business partner and ensure that the personnel requirements of the entire company are covered
YOUR PROFILE
  • 7+ years of work experience in the field Human Resources, Organisational Design or Company Culture
  • Previous experience in designing, implementing and leading programs related to employee engagement, talent management, developing leaders, succession planning, performance management, culture and values, change management and organisational design, diversity & inclusion
  • Knowledge of German employment law is a must have
  • A bias for action, whether it’s rolling up your sleeves and doing hands on recruiting, taking care of the monthly payroll because your payroll expert is on vacation, or getting into the details of a potential conflict and taking on the role of a mediator when objectively resolving an internal conflict
  • Proven experience delivering a range of People policies & procedures within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent English language skills – both verbal and written, Polish or German are a big plus
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple projects
  • Enthusiasm and passion to work in an international team
  • Automation bias with constant aim to automate non value adding tasks in People operations to focus on team experience
  • Process-driven mindset, without losing the “human touch”
  • Experience with an HRIS system with a bias for automation and constant improvement towards our existing System Personio
  • Experience in workforce planning
  • Experience in managing external payroll provider and related automation and social security topics
